Plants on Sale. You are sure to find a huge selection of veggies and herbs, and, most importantly, tomato plants. The sale will include plants for summer vegetable gardens as well. Look for the Master Gardeners to answer your questions as you browse the plants.

If you are interested in garden plants other than veggies, then this is the sale for you. Master Gardeners have been propagating and potting plants since last fall to ensure that you have a huge selection of perennials, ornamentals including trees and shrubs, and natives. A number of local vendors will join this sale to provide their own specialty products including plants and garden display items that will provide the perfect focal point for your garden. See Plant Sale details here.

Questions about Plants? The Master Gardeners will have their own booth and the MG Diagnosticians will be on hand to answer your plant questions. Inside NHS Hall, a variety of local gardening organizations will have booths to tell you about how they are involved in the local garden community. Plan to take a break, have a cup of coffee at Café Botanica and browse these informational displays during the sale.

Preview Party. For those who want to grab the first pick of plants, there will be a Preview Party on Friday, May 3, 5:30 to 8 p.m. at CUH. Ciscoe Morris and other celebrities will bestow awards on the best appetizers provided by local celebrity chefs for this event. Armed with wine and food, browse the plant selections and shop early. Tickets are now on sale for $35.00. Check the Preview Party page to purchase tickets and reserve your spot for this fun event.

Raffle. Tickets are now on sale to win a cool $1000 cash. Contact Judy Porterfield if you are interested in supporting the Master Gardener Foundation of King County by purchasing a $2 ticket for a chance to win $1000. The drawing for the winner will be Sunday at 2pm, and you do not have to be present to win.
