Board Member Liaisons

Board member Liaisons provide outreach to our clinics and gardens. The goal of the Liaisons is to facilitate communications between the Board and the programs the Foundation supports, and to give Master Gardeners a better sense of the role of the Foundation and how it can support them.

To achieve these goals, the Liaisons will:

  1. Periodically visit the clinic or garden or contact the leader to get a better sense of how things are going in that program;
  2. Work with the leader to determine any special needs for that clinic or garden;
  3. Identify ways the Foundation can support the clinic or garden;
  4. Assist the clinic or garden in applying for additional funds, if applicable, such as a Request for Funds (RFF); and
  5. Provide information about the role of the Foundation and updates on the Foundation.
